COVID-19 Information
In the context of the COVID-19 outbreak in Italy and following the latest terms and regulations issued by the Italian Government (May, 18th 2020), Namex has adopted the following regulations in order to guarantee a safe environment to internal and external personnel accessing its sites. Please, carefully read the information below, these rules will stay in place until further notice. Thanks for your cooperation.
Access to Datacenters
Access to the data center is now allowed for any kind of activity, both ordinary and extraordinary:
Ordinary access must be requested at least 48h in advance:
- Download and fill in the access request form [ PDF | XLS ]
- Submit it to site@namex.it for approval

Access to Namex Office
Namex offices are close to the public, Namex personnel can be contacted at the following addresses:
- for technical requests: support@namex.it (TT system)
- for administrative request: admin@namex.it
Namex NOC is also available by phone by dialing +39 06 838 4838.
In case you need to visit Namex offices, you are requested to ask for an appointment by writing to noc@namex.it
