New 2019 fees have been published following approval by the NaMeX Board of Directors. The board decided to give a strong incentive to the peering service, bringing in significant reductions.
All new ports activated in 2019 will be priced at 50% of list price, while backup ports enjoy a 75% discount.
The fee of the 10 Gbps port has been reduced from 850 to 700 Euro/month and the 100 Gpbs reduced from 4.300 to 3.900 Euro per month.
The board also cut interconnection fee (MMR) cost, which has been reduced from 60 to 30 Euro/month, and confirmed the promotional fee of 10 Euro/month on the first two cross-connects purchased by an ISP.
Moreover, the remote peering service to AMS-IX and LINX has been reduced by 20%.
These rates are valid at all three Rome data centers where NaMeX is present: Caesar (Cineca), Augustus (Unidata) and Tiberius (Interxion).
