Meeting Room in NaMeX
Do you need space for one meeting? Do you have to meet important customers from abroad? We have what you need.
For all our members is available the board meeting room, in our office in Rome. You will have a cosy space, with the possibility to do calls, web conferences and presentations. We have space for up to ten people per meeting.
To book our meeting room use the calendar: check the availability, fill in the form and wait for our confirmation! Our staff we will reply to your request as soon as possible.
The price of our meeting room is 10 euros/h (+VAT).
However, your first booking is free! We will reserve the room for you for three hours (in the morning or in the afternoon, it’s up to you), we will give you and your guests free high speed wi-fi access, a coffee corner and water.
If you wish, we can arrange for you catering service and a dedicated hostess/steward at our reception. The cost of these optional services is not included in the booking of our room.
