Remote hands support

NaMeX technical personnel can provide members support for datacenter operations involving:

  • Hardware setup, installation or replacement (excluding configuration)
  • Cabling and cross connections checks

Operations support must be requested with due advance and is subject to approval depending on effort and staff availability. Costs vary according to the total amount of time requested and the tipology of intervention:

  • Ordinary scheduled support: office hours (9.00 - 17.00), must be requested 48h in advance
  • Ordinary unscheduled support: office hours (9.00 - 17.00), must be requested at least 2h in advance
  • Extraordinary scheduled support: out of office hours (night, holidays), requested 48h in advance
  • Extraordinary unscheduled support: out of office hours (night, holidays), requested at least 2h in advance
