How to join

All legally recognized entities can apply for NaMeX membership. They also have to fulfill the following requirements:

• Own an Autonomous System Number and classes of public networks obtained from a Regional Internet Registry (RIR);
• Have an independent access to the Internet.

Before you start the procedures, please read carefully NaMeX charter and the technical regulations. Please be sure that you meet all the specified requirements.

In order to apply for NaMeX membership, you need to download the application form, fill it and send it via fax or ordinary mail. Please also send a scanned copy of the signed document to admin@namex.it

The President of NaMeX, with the advice of the Technical Committee, will evaluate the application and approve it. You will then be informed about the following steps.

Costs: New Members will be charged a one-time membership fee of EUR 3000, which is valid until the entity resigns from the Consortium. The membership fee is VAT exempt.

Every Member shall then pay an annual fee. The amount of the annual fee is determined by the services used by the Member.
